The single origin reserve batch is a small batch coffee that is roasted to order. This is the personal collection of beans from Garrett, the expert roaster. Garrett carefully selects the best coffee beans from around the world and roasts them in small batches.

This particular coffee from Haiti is grown in the mountains of Haiti above 1600m elevation. The specific co-op of farmers is called ACCAB and consist of around 680 farmers. Due to the quality of the coffee, we were able to provide the farmers with 300% income above fair trade. The coffee has a natural nutty and sweetness that is unmatched by any dark roast coffee we have ever tasted. Coffee has a creamy texture that is excellent as drip or espresso. 

 

*FYI if you order on subscription the coffee will change periodically. Most the time Garrett can only source 120-150 pounds of each coffee since it’s coming from smaller farms

How Much Coffee Do I Use?

We recommend starting with 2 tablespoons of grounds per cup of coffee. You can then adjust to your personal taste.

Can I Return if I Don't Like It?

We can not take back any opened bags due to health concerns. However, we can give you a 50% store credit towards trying something else.

How Long will it Take to Get Order?

Garrett will typically roast your coffee and ship it the day after you order. I would then expect 3-5 days shipping time.

I Want Subscription, But Don't Want too Much?

If you start a subscription you can cancel, skip, or change anytime. Before every shipment you will receive an email that ask if you need to delay or skip shipment.
