Common Questions

How to store the coffee?

The #5 bags come in premium packaging with a one way valve that lets out the gas while keeping air out of the bag. The bag also has a resealable zipper on it. After use, seal the zipper, push out the air, and store in a dark shelf.

I Don't Want Flavored Coffee?

All the 5 pound coffee option don't have any flavorings. The barrel aged is stored in bourbon barrels giving it a little whiskey taste. The Texian Army Brew is smoked with pecan and cherry wood giving it a woody side. If you are looking for something more classic try the White Buffalo Espresso, or Common Joe.

How Much Coffee to Use When Brewing

Our recommendation is start with 2 tablespoons per cup of coffee and then adjust from there. You should get around 220 cups of coffee from a #5 bag.

How Long Will it Take to Arrive?

We roast all the coffee to order. If your order comes in M-TR between 6am-3pm, We will be able to get it out the following day. Shipping depends on where you are located. I would plan on 3-5 days.
