Dry County Nightcap
This is a bit of a stronger recipe for some of those tougher workdays with equal parts rum to Dry County Decaf. I don't have many uses for decaf as much as I work, but this seemed to be a pairing that's hard to pass up after dinner when you've got places to be in the morning. Reserved for the nights you're dreaming about the beach or for the days you'd never thought you'd get through.
Ingredients
● 2 ounces Rum of choice
● 2 ounces Cold Brewed Dry County Decaf
● ½ ounce Maple Syrup
● 1 dash Angostura Bitters
● Top off with tonic
Recommended Equipment
● Cocktail Shaker
Preparation
Starts like most cocktails, combine Rum, Dry County Decaf, angostura bitters, and maple syrup into a shaker full of ice.
Shake until your arm gets tired and dump over into a small glass with ice.
Top it all off with your favorite tonic water and lightly stir.
This stiff drink certainly outta hold you over until your next vacation or help you reset after a long day.
