Brown Sugar Irish Cream Liqueur
Ingredients
● 14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
● 1 ½ Rocky Branch Bourbon
● 1 ½ Strong Peat Smoked Coffee
● 1 Cup Heavy Cream
● 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
● 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
● 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
● ¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
● ¼ Cup of Water

Preparation
Start by making a brown sugar simple syrup. Combine your equal parts
water and brown sugar to a small pot over medium-high heat.
Continuously whisk until the brown sugar has completely dissolved. Before it reaches a boil, pull off the direct heat and let cool down until it reaches room temperature.
Next combine in a blender, bourbon, Peat Smoked Coffee, sweetened
condensed milk, heavy cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, and brown sugar simple syrup. Mix at high speeds until everything is thoroughly
distributed. Now it's ready to pour into an airtight mason jar and store in the fridge.
Shake this concoction thoroughly before serving.
