The single origin reserve batch is a small batch coffee that is roasted to order. This is the personal collection of beans from Garrett, the expert roaster. Garrett carefully selects the best coffee beans from around the world and roasts them in small batches.

18 Rabbit (18 Conejos) is a collective of farms owned by different members of the Zelaya Ontreras family. At the center of it is Dulce Marlen, the matriarch of the family and owner of Finca Dulce Luna, who also leads 18 Rabbit exports. She and her husband were early pioneers of organic and biodynamic farming, with a strong focus on naturally regenerating the soil they cultivate.

 Over the years, members of the 18 Rabbit family have earned placements in the top 10 at Honduras’ Cup of Excellence. They continue to collaborate closely, developing unique fermentation methods and distinctive cupping experiences for their partners.

How Much Coffee Do I Use?

We recommend starting with 2 tablespoons of grounds per cup of coffee. You can then adjust to your personal taste.

Can I Return if I Don't Like It?

We can not take back any opened bags due to health concerns. However, we can give you a 50% store credit towards trying something else.

How Long will it Take to Get Order?

Garrett will typically roast your coffee and ship it the day after you order. I would then expect 3-5 days shipping time.

I Want Subscription, But Don't Want too Much?

If you start a subscription you can cancel, skip, or change anytime. Before every shipment you will receive an email that ask if you need to delay or skip shipment.
