Ingredients


Simple syrup–Makes 1 Carafe of syrup
● ½ cup brown sugar
● 1 tablespoon of salted butter
● ¼ cup maple syrup
● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
● ½ cup water

Drink—Makes 1 Drink
● 4 ounces Pecan Thrasher coffee
● 4 ½ ounces of milk
● 1 ½ ounces White Buffalo coffee liqueur
● 2 tablespoon Maple-pecan syrup
● Whipped Cream Topping

 

Recommended Equipment

● Milk Frothier

 

Preparation

Start with combining all components of your simple syrup into a small pot over medium-high heat.

Continuously whisk until the sugar has completely dissolved.

Once the sugar is dissolved remove from heat and set aside to cool before transferring into an airtight mason jar for later use.

Our at home latte starts with pouring Pecan Thrasher coffee in a tall mug with simple syrup, frothed milk and White Buffalo coffee liqueur.

What's not better than a dollop of whipped cream to top off this weekend latte.
