The Gentlemans Coffee is our scotch-infused brew.

We begin by aging the coffee with Scotch, then roasting it to a medium roast.

We complete the process with a unique twist; peat-smoking the beans with logs imported from Ireland! Rich scotch flavor with a hint of tobacco - it's the coffee for the true connoisseur.

I have had my share of whiskey/scotch smoked/roasted coffees and this is top tier. On the olfactory, the smell is incredible; not cloying, not too saturated-- a perfect combination of the aroma of scotch and strong coffee.

The taste was out of this world. I will be buying this regularly-- I hope to find a way to buy it in bulk.

It takes a little cream

We added Kahlua creamer and it brought out the scotch more than just plain or with milk. It's a really good coffee.
