Kara's love for nature began while growing up in the mountains of Idaho, her entrancement with fly fishing struck hard after moving to southwest Montana in her early 20s. Along with being a fishing guide Kara is the owner of Yellow Sally, a fly-fishing clothing line for women and girls.
Ciara grew up with 7 adventurous siblings. Ciara found her niche when her brother hired her to deckhand on a fishing boat in Homer, Alaska. Having a background playing collegiate and National rugby, Ciara found her spot on boat.
Six years later, Ciara is now a captain of the Snow Goose halibut boat out of Homer, Alaska. Ciara is one of the few female captains in the charter fleet and one of the youngest captains in the harbor.
What began as a summer job with her brother is now a rewarding career for Captain Ciara.
Vern cut his teeth hunting and fishing in the foothills of the Ozarks. When Vern was 19 he moved to Montana and began guiding fly fishing in and around Yellowstone National Park. Vern is now the owner and operator of Greater Yellowstone Outfitters.

Carson grew up hunting and fishing in Granbury, Texas. When Carson was 18 he moved to Dillion, Montana and began guiding fly fishing and elk hunts. Carson still guides May-August. In the offseason, Carson operates the WMC Pro Staff. As director of the the Pro Staff Carson vets new pro staff members, constructs Pro Staff discounts, and creates content around Pro Staff members.
Taylor was born in Montana. Taylor worked as a wildland firefighter for 10 years and then became a fly fishing guide in southwest, MT. Pretty fitting Taylor went off and get him a degree in biology. After graduating, Taylor went back to Montana and is a fly fishing guide till this day.
Ryan grew up in Soldotna, Alaska. Soldotna is home to the Kenai River where the world record king salmon was caught. Ryan is the man on the Kenai when it comes to running plugs for king salmon or silver salmon, or floating beads for steelhead and trout.
